It was barely a whisper but in truth there was no real point in yelling, not anymore. She lay on the cement floor, so cold it burnt like ice, feeling pain coming from every point in her body. her vision swept in and out like the ebbing of the ocean as she fell into a shallow slumber, silently praying to a God that she dismissed for the pain to stop.

The creak of the door drew her to conciousness and she rolled onto her back, looking upward at the person who towered over her. All she saw was a thick strand of cold blue before the water collided with her face.

In that moment Fallon wondered if she would ever breathe again.

headcanons: eve

Fallon and Eve had a special bond from the moment she was born. Though the sisters had an age gap of 7 years between the two of the them, Fallon never acted like the typical older sister to Eve, instead she played more of a mothering role. She did her best to shield Eve to the world around them, and in turn, Eve gave her hope.

When Fallon thought would survive the bombing that killed their parents, she looked after her sister night and day, tending to her wounds and keeping her company. Despite the care Fallon took, it was clear that the girl’s body could not fight against the wounds inflicted on her body, and she died by her older sister’s side.

Fallon still had the Happy Birthday badge from Eve’s 10th birthday and a faded photograph of the two, the last physical remnants of her life.

<sub>1. What they smell like: Fallon’s scent is a combination of the scents from the forest around her; she often has the scent of pine needles or tree sap lingering around her, and the smell blood is not at all rare.
